The Singtel Group Innov8 USD 150M Fund

SingTelIf you believe that you are working on “technologies and solutions that lead to quantum changes in network capabilities, next generation devices, digital content services and enablers to enhance customer experience”, listen up.

Singtel Group (the big mothership) has created a SGD 200m (USD 150m) venture fund, Innov8, to invest in technologies and solutions that help them along the way “to transform itself from a traditional telecommunications provider to become a leading multimedia and ICT solutions provider”.

In its press release, Singtel speaks of many potential collaborations with government agencies, funds and developers on the ground to come.

SingTel Innov8, the venture capital subsidiary of SingTel, manages a fund size of USD158M. It invests in technologies in the fields of network capabilities, next generation devices, digital content services, and customer service enhancers.

Gwen has also been a Worldwide Judge for Imagine Cup - the premier student technology competition helmed by Microsoft. She has also spoken in Hong Kong at one of its largest youth conferences, MaD Asia, and was recently in Austria to help envision the future of the country's economy in 2032 on invitation from an Austrian governmental organization.
