Developer Garage – 30 Sep

This Friday, Grace Chng of Singapore Press Holdings and John Phillip of DocuBuzz will be the speakers of Developer Garage. Both speakers will give a different talk, both focusing on escalating and potentially explosive tablet sales.

Grace will give a talk on “iPad Dominance”. Google’s acquisition of Motorola and HP’s  killing  of WebOS has led to the question of whether there is life for non-iOS tablets. She will discuss the demise of Touchpad and its impact on RIM, Microsoft and Apple, as well as the outlook for consumers and developers.

Meanwhile, John Phillip will outline key challenges faced by DocuBuzz in developing its tablet-oriented DynaMeet meeting management solutions.
