PropertyGuru on hiring drive, shows how recruitment videos should be done
June 20, 2012 by Terence LEE
Flush with cash from a sizable US$60M investment round, PropertyGuru has now embarked on a recruitment drive involving at least 13 positions. They’re seeking a CFO and also a ‘Chief People & Culture Officer’, essentially a fancy name for Senior HR Manager.
Other roles on offer include a mobile developer, and web designer, and event executive. There’s no specific focus in the hiring spree: They touch all aspects of the company from product to management and marketing.
To spur their hunt for talent, they’ve even launched a recruitment video to show prospective employees what the company stands for. The video puts plenty of emphasis on family, fun, and… Diablo 3.
