Five Malaysians have won scholarships to attend the YouNoodle Camp, a month-long acceleration program in San Francisco.

They were selected from the “Pitch Your Way to Silicon Valley” contest,  which featured shortlisted candidates from the Silicon Valley Comes to Malaysia (SVC2M) symposium held last October.

The first prize winner is Ai Chong Goh, founder of Piktochart, a web app that helps non-designers create infographics. The other winners are:  James Khoo, founder of SecQme; Bryan Gan, founder of OctoApp; Melvin Wong of FanXT, and Fadzli Anuar of Voucherers.

The winners will get a chance to network with venture capitalists and receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs. The camp is held from 2nd to 27th July.
