I have worked with Singaporeans in China who have been really " shi2 ban3" (dead rigid) and seem to be nothing but "water-carriers" with little opinion other than just doing things "by the book". Of course, doing too many things by the book may be detrimental in another country, especially in China, where the rules are always changing. 4) For another big-name entrepreneur to emerge from our tiny island state. May Singapore continue to make its mark on the world! My Wishes for Singapore
