But like in most government systems in any country it really took awhile for it all to sink in thru the different ministries. For example its only in the recient year or two that singapore has been pushing outstanding individuals in creativity, design and entrepreneurship. For the longest time the country push organisations, and the net result is already what everybody knows, singapore is a good place to start a business. Its about time the country looks to within and be proud of its own citizen's achievements. I think we are moving in the right direction at least in the last 3-4 years.
