		<description>Nice thought. I think what attracts hiring managers is applications on job posts and cvs from databases. CPMs and CPCs are too complex and wont be able to attract their attention. My thrust is to ask and analyze how such metasearch sites can grow as a business without becoming almost exactly like a normal search site. To me the metasearch (esp for jobs) is like an additional marketing tool but cannot by itself become a new business model.</description>
