Entrepreneur Reads for the Day: 9 June 2007

Here are some recommended entrepreneur reads for the day:

The truth about venture capitalists Part I, Part II and Part III by Marc Andreessen offers a different take on this group of investors. Interestingly I liked this quote from the article: “When a venture capitalist turns you down, it isn’t personal and it isn’t (usually) because she’s stupid.” This is something that I like to tell some entrepreneurs.

The Faint Signals of Concurrency by Nat Torkington, offers some glimpse in the world of concurrent programming. Perhaps I am skeptical, until we solve the problem of decoherence and generate a system of many molecules quantum computer, we will just make do with the current technology we have.

Physics promises wireless power by Jonathan Fildes, BBC News offers a real disruptive technology (a pipe dream of mine with no more power cables for my laptop).
