Kickstart Startup Mixer returns with Scott Anthony as guest speaker (PH)

After the success of the first Startup Mixer by Filipino investment fund Kickstart, the event is now back for the second time on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.

The first Startup Mixer event, which hosted a chat with Garrett Gee from Scan, was relocated last minute due to the large number of reservations. This time, even more attendees are expected to arrive to hear Scott D. Anthony, Managing Director of Innosight Asia-Pacific.

The second Kickstart Startup Mixer is the direct result of the Kickstart team co-mingling with the Philippine startup community in a Facebook group. As soon as Mr. Anthony’s recent article The New Corporate Garage was shared, the Kickstart crew decided to bring Scott over for their second Startup Mixer event. The Startup Mixer event series aims to bring the growing Filipino startup scene together to share experiences and battle stories.

Most people who had the opportunity to work together with Scott, whether at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Singtel, Kraft, LG or Credit Suisse just to name a few, will earmark the prolific advisor as one of the most innovative people in the Asian corporate environment.

Scott Anthony is also a regular columnist with the Harvard Business Review. He has published 4 books so far.
