A project borne out of The Philippine Ruby Users Group and Devcon, Ruby & Ruby on Rails is a web software development framework specially targeted at technology-loving females. A two-day affair, participants will have the opportunity to network with other like-minded Ruby enthusiasts, attend workshops and talks by experienced mentors, and code their first web applications.
