    About Project-Senso (from their website)

    Vision: Bringing Aspirations Together

What differentiates the normal man from a successful man? One simple word. Aspiration.

To never let circumstances dictate his life, to take responsibility for his actions and his choices.
    - Nicholas Chan

    Mission

To be the leading platform for Asia’s Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship Community. This is achieved by the creation of a strong online peer-support network for driven, like-minded individuals who wish to start their own business, to learn more about financial related issues, to network and to exchange ideas and opportunities.

This is further augmented by strategic alliances with partners strong in related offline activities. We aim to reach out to all similarly driven Secondary and Tertiary Students, Entrepreneurship and Finance Related Clubs within schools, Working Individuals and all young aspirants with the passion and drive to improve themselves in the areas of financial literacy, entrepreneurship and self-improvement.

    About us

Since it’s inception in June 2003, Project:Senso began as a simple idea of bringing Singaporean players of the CashFlow game together. However with popular demand, Project:Senso has substantially evolved to become an online entrepreneurial and financial community in Singapore with a reach spanning Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Canada and Germany.

When we set about our task at hand, the core issue on our mind was “What do we truly stand for, who do we represent?” Thoughts on the core areas of Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship were brought up but they were nothing more than tools used to express an individual’s calling. What was finally distilled was that we are reaching out to people who, having found their Direction and calling are proactively making headway in both their professional and personal lives and who wishes to be surrounded by liked minded, driven positive people; not forgetting others who have also finally “seen the light”, having been reborn in themselves and decided to take control of their lives instead of letting themselves be battered by the choppy waves on the sea of life, we too are reaching out and helping them not by spoonfeeding, neither by reading books or following instructions, but by constantly supporting, guiding and fighting alongside them along their journey down the path less taken.

Today, just 4 months from our official launch on the 9th of August 2003 we bring almost 500 enterprising individuals together in a self sustaining peer support network where they, the 20% which makes a difference in this world can leverage upon each other without fear of reprisal or of the lack of understanding of what it truly means to be an Entrepreneur.

Editor’s Note: Do note that SG Entrepreneurs is not involved in this event. We have posted this to publicize a fellow entrepreneurial organization’s event out of good will. If any organization will like to publicize their events through us, you can email us at editor@sgentrepreneurs.com.
