The narrator kept repeating the fact that she and many in the audience already knew what Adam Khoo has written in his book and it is true that there's nothing new about what he's teaching - Adam himself admitted to it.
I had to leave early and wished I had a chance to share this: There is a huge difference between KNOWING and DOING. Someone once said, 'To know and not to do, is not yet to know'.
Think about this for a moment. How many know how to set up a business or run a business? I thought I knew, until I actually did it. No books or seminars can teach you on how to be an Entrepreneur except from doing it yourself. The growing pains I had to go through starting IconnectE has changed my mindset, and made me more empathetic to startups and small businesses. My passion to realize the vision burns stronger...and I am even more driven to make a real difference in the business community and future entrepreneurs. I would like to be invited to share my success some day...

“They made me want to start a business too, by making it sound so easy.”

Anyone who's started a business would know it's anything but easy. So did Adam Khoo and Ivan Lee oversell the idea of doing a business?

The audience is probably a young and over-eager crowd, the speakers should temper their enthusiasm with the sobering realities of doing business.
