PHP CMS vs PHP Frameworks: When to use them
Presenter: Michael Cheng, President, Ph.P Society

Synopsis:
We all develop web projects, but when do we use an CMS and when do we build something from scratch? What are the benefits of an Open Source CMS vs a Closed Source CMS? What are the differences between different frameworks?

Open Call for Volunteers / Speakers: We’re on the lookout for volunteers and speakers for our monthly meetups and year-end events. Do email us at meetup@php.com.sg. Many thanks.
