Competition: MobileMonday Singapore Peer Awards 2009

Innovation is crucial for the future success of the mobile industry in Singapore and MobileMonday Singapore will always strive to find, nurture and support mobile innovations.

The MobileMonday Singapore Peer Awards 2009 is the first official awards organised by MobileMonday Singapore. The main idea of this award is to showcase the most innovative mobile companies in Singapore. It will be mixed with exclusive feedback from a jury of mobile experts in the local mobile industry and lots of MoMo-styled fun and networking!

10 to 12 hottest mobile start-ups will have a brief time slot (of about 5 mins) to present their innovation in front of the audience and expert jury.

Companies must fall into one of the two categories:
1) Recently founded with early stage funding
2) Operating between Series A – Series B

CLOSING DATE: FRIDAY, 20 March 2009 (12 NOON)

Among all the finalists at least 3 awards will be given:-

- Expert Jury Award (see The Jury below)
- Most Innovative Mobile Technology Award
- Audience Award: All participants will vote for their winner via SMS

There are no restrictions on the business model, platform or market segment. Whether you have a content, service or application, targeted at B2B or B2C customers and/or running on Java, Symbian, Flash, etc.

All finalists will have an opportunity to showcase their technology innovation under IDA’s Pavilion during CommunicAsia 2009 and ad:tech Singapore 2009 in June.
