“Inspiring Entrepreneurs – Real Life Stories” is a sharing session by 2 experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders in the field of Medical and Clean Technology. Organized by the NUS Entrepreneurship Centre, this session gives you the chance to hear real life experiences, and ask your questions about starting up new ventures.


About The Speakers

Barry Drayson

Barry Drayson joined NCI in September 2004 as a founding shareholder. His experience spans Europe, Asia and North America, where he has been responsible for growing revenues and building key customer relationships. His career in the world’s brokerage markets culminated with becoming president of MKI Securities Corp, followed by a decade at Reuters, PLC where he became managing director of Global Sales & Marketing.

Barry has twenty five years’ experience in the identification, analysis, negotiation and management of strategic partnerships; the majority of which still exist today. Most recently, Barry has been involved in the early growth stages of four startup companies.

CK Choo

CK Choo is an experienced biomedical researcher with operating experience in biotech start ups.

CK founded ImmoCell in April 2005. Prior to starting his own company, he was a Senior Investment Manager at Bio*One Capital Ltd, Singapore Economic Development Board . He was also Life Science Advisor at The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Director of Cell Biology, Kinetana Hong Kong Herbal Pharmaceuticals Ltd and held various research positions at The University of Hong Kong and The National University of Singapore.
