First SuperHappyDevHouse In Asia!

Originally started in Silicon Valley back in 2005, SuperHappyDevHouse is now here in Singapore!

SuperHappyDevHouse is the premier hackathon event from Silicon Valley that combines serious and not-so-serious productivity with a fun and exciting party atmosphere. SuperHappyDevHouse is a non-exclusive event intended for creative and curious people interested in technology.

The name conveys two ideas; first that this is a ‘Development House’ where technical developers will come together to build fun projects and presents them. Second is that it is a social event, fun to attend, and a great way to meet potential partners, new hires, or even just to make new friends.

This SHDH will be the first in Asia! A few organizations came together to help make this a free event for everybody. From R/GA (the digital ad agency who designed the Nike+ platform) wanting to bring technology and creativity together, to IDA wanting to foster the community of young and entrepreneurial startups, and to The Pigeonhole, a book cafe and dynamic arts space promoting local NGO’s, music, film, and art.
