Luncheon panel discussion on Legal Issues in Starting a Business in the United States – 7 Dec

Next Wednesday, TiE Singapore and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Alumni Association of Singapore (IIFTAS) will organize a luncheon panel discussion on “Legal Issues in Starting a Business in the United States”. Geared towards entrepreneurs and professionals, the event will touch on the following issues: Basic legal, tax and regulatory structure, employment, social welfare and pension, Licensing/permits, limiting liability, role of insurance, and establishing a company or business in the United States. S Sivanesan of Rodyk & Davidson LLP’s Corporate Practice Group will act as moderator, while Jaipat S. Jain of Lazare Potter & Giacovas LLP, Vivek Kathpalia of Nishith Desai Associates, and Narinder J. Singh of Utopia, Inc will act as the panelists.
