Event: 8th Start-Up@Singapore Finalists are Out!
Yesterday, the semi-finals for Start-Up@Singapore was held in the NUS Business School. With a panel of judges with diverse experience and expertise, the semi-finalists were challenged to convince them on why they should be in the finals. Finally, we have the finalists for both the youth and general category. Here are the results.
Here are the results for the teams who have managed to brave through the semi-finals. The judges have commented that the quality of the business plans has significantly improved compared to last year. Of course, we have to continue to build up the competition for the future. Without further ado, here are the results (Names of the finalists in no order of preference):

Finally, the 8th Start-up@Singapore (S@S) will be holding their prize awards ceremony on 30th May 2007, at the DBS Auditorium, to announce the winners of the 2007 competition. The guest of honour will be Mr Teo Ser Luck, Parliamentary Secretary for Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and the Vice Chairman of Young PAP.
