		<description>If you ever get the chance to talk to James Dyson or hear him speak do it, he is a very interesting chap although he comes across as a bit arrogant to some people. Try to get an interview with him Gwen he is very keen to encourage entrepreneurship especially in young people. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He used to live in my home town of Bath and and tried to found an academy there a couple years ago but just got frustrated with the amount of red tape. His autobiography is also very good it really shows the obsessional drive you need to get a product like his vacuum cleaner to market.</description>
