If you like writing innovative online applications on the LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) platform, if you’re quick on your feet and enjoy coding outside the box, if you can produce high-quality code in close cooperation with great people and have a great time doing it, if Web 2.0 is what you wake up and go to sleep to every day, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Help design and develop new modules and online applications based on latest technologies and good software engineering practices.
• Maintain and improve existing modules in close collaboration with business teams.
• Whatever else comes your way! We are constantly innovating new applications based on various upcoming technologies.

Requirements:

• Drive to create world-class web applications and not settle for anything less.
• Excellent client-side technical skills – Javascript / CSS / HTML
• Excellent server-side technical skills – PHP / MySQL (or similar technologies)
• Very good understanding of website usability.
• Good understanding of web programming frameworks.
• Good understanding of scalability and performance in high-traffic web systems.
• Team player and good sense of humour.
• Linux or Flash knowledge is an added bonus.
• Already based in Singapore

• Day-to-day management of the product development team – consisting of web designers and programmers.
• Analyse business requirements and designs individual modules.
• Define the application architecture and used frameworks.
• Define and enforce product development processes and quality control.
• Coordinate technical matters with external parties when necessary.
• Whatever else comes your way! We are constantly innovating new applications based on various platforms.

Requirements:

• Drive to create world-class web applications and not settle for anything less.
• Able to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements.
• Very good understanding of website usability.
• Good understanding of web programming frameworks.
• Good understanding of scalability and performance in high-traffic web systems.
• Good command of client-side and server-side technologies – Javascript / CSS / HTML / PHP / MySQL / Linux (or similar technologies)
• Creative and always on a lookout for new solutions to problems.
• Team player and good sense of humour.
• Already based in Singapore
