Teliwave is the company behind Hoiio. The company is a young startup incorporated in 2007 and it’s goal is to create useful technologies that connect people and services in a seamless integrated communications environment. In June 2009, Teliwave was awarded a grant by SPRING Singapore under the Technology Enterprise Commercialisation Scheme (TECS) to commercialise its technology. The grant was awarded as an endorsement of Hoiio’s commercial potential, scientific and technical strengths, cost-effectiveness and the beneficial impact Hoiio will have on the community.

Our mobile team has already successfully developed Hoiio on most mobile platforms – Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Java ME, iPhone and Android! We are an experienced team in the mobile arena and seek to move ahead of the trend. And we need your help.
All three open positions are full-time.
Mobile Application Developer
• Expected to design and write awesome code for various mobile platforms such as BlackBerry and Android
• Require prior experience developing with Java
• Require a passion for mobile technologies
• Must be able to fence off coffeeshop conversations when colleagues start comparing their iPhones, Winmos or Nokias
• Optionally a ninja
VoIP Software Developer
• Software development, testing and deployment of VoIP-related services/applications
• Design, implement and monitor scalability, redundancy, quality of service for VoIP services
• Knowledge of PHP, Python, bash scripting, Linux administration preferred
• Optionally has a skill to increase speed by 300%
Web Application Developer
• Design, develop and test a Java EE web application.
• Must have prior experience with Java, HTML and SQL.
• Knowledge of JSF, JBoss Seam, JBoss AS, or other current Java Web Technologies a plus.
• Able to work independently or in a team. Must not be a ninja.
