Hi,

How evolved is corporate blogging and blogs & social media for marketing, scene in Singapore at the moment? Are brands and corporates blogging? Do public relations agencies in Singapore help clients with advice?

Cheers.

Interesting discussions which you guys had, that practically covered most of the ground in corporate blogging. I certainly for one wish that more would take this road, especially larger firms which I am sure would have many stories to tell. Of course, the need to answer to multiple stakeholders - especially shareholders - makes it more risky for corporate head honchos to embrace the blogosphere. It could also be a cultural phenomenon since Asian companies tend to be more discreet and secretive compared to Western-based ones.

For my take on blogging bosses, check out my post <a href="http://coolinsights.blogspot.com/2007/03/why-bosses-should-blog.html" rel="nofollow">here</a>.
