News Stop: IPoor on Engadget Chinese!

August 10, 2006 by SGEntrepreneurs

Who says Singaporeans cannot innovate? A quick newsflash: The IPoor T-shirt designed by our resident contributor, Brian Ling aka Design Translator has been featured on Chinese Engadget blog. For those who have read the story behind this IPoor from the articles “The Art of the Very Small Start” Part I and II. Now for the actual news.

DT started his design on the IPoor T-shirt a month ago, and went on from concept to actual commercialization, that led to now him being featured on Engadget Chinese. Here are some excerpts from the Chinese article (unfortunately, it’s in Mandarin):

Hey, from what I heard from DT over our recent chat, 40% of his stock is gone after the IPoor site launch on the first day.

For those who are interested in getting a IPoor T-Shirt, here is the IPoor site for you to do your online purchase.

Once again, we, in SG Entrepreneurs team, congratulate Brian for his achievements in turning an idea successfully into a business.
