yes, smartcards were the rave (contact), now because of security reasons, the market is moving to contactless with higher security. it’s the sticker form that works on mobile phones that separate stickkey® from the competition.

i think that system is similar to the ones used in europe. at first it was the smartcard that was popular, now RFID technology is now the current norm.
