Where Google is, ClickTRUE follows.

The Singapore-based SEO company announced on 3rd October that the opening of offices in Malaysia and Thailand as part of its regional growth strategy. ClickTRUE, which is currently a Google Analytics Certified Partner in Singapore, will extend their analytics expertise to firms in both countries.

“With Google now having a presence in Malaysia, there will be an increasing demand of value added services and consultancy with regards to the Search and Social arena,” said Jackie Lee, executive chairman of ClickTRUE, in a previous news report.

Malaysians aged 20-24 are spending more time on the Internet than ever before, according to Nielsen Mobile Insights. In 2010, 41 percent of them were using the Internet, versus 25 percent a year before that. Internet advertising has also been growing 29 percent year on year, with Google Adsense playing a part in it.

In Thailand, online advertising has also seen a year on year growth of 30 percent, hitting 1.9 million baht (US$60,700) in expenditure, which is still an admittedly small sum.

“We want to position well to capture these markets when they are still growing,” said Jackie.

“The prospects of this industry look bullish ahead and this is an exciting time for us in the digital industry. With the bigger brands like Google and Facebook coming to Asia to focus on these key markets, there will be an increasing demand for solutions and consultancy work in the Search, Analytics and Social space.”

The new offices will offer the full range of online marketing services currently available in Singapore.

Jackie is well known for starting HardwareZone, a popular Singapore-based tech media company that operates a website and a few magazines. After HardwareZone was subsequently acquired by Singapore Press Holdings in 2006,  the five co-founders started ClickTRUE as a subsidiary of the company.

Subsequently, ClickTRUE was bought out by Kyosei Ventures, an investment firm that funds digital media startups. Kyosei has also recently become an investor-in-residence at FounderHQ, a Singapore-based co-working space for entrepreneurs.

Their extensive clientele includes Nikon, Nestle, Siemens, Toshiba, and more.
