Kids are fickle, we all know that. They pester you to buy a $100 toy every other fortnight only to chuck it aside after playing with it for a few days. But what most of us are unaware of is that Rent That Toy! can come to the rescue.

Rent That Toy! allows parents or grandparents (or aunties and uncles) to rent toys by the month. From as little $8 or to as much as $80, you can rent a toy of your choice and also have the option of extending the rental beyond the month. You only have to buy that toy if it is damaged or lost. They have toys categorized by age group to cater to your young ones just out of the womb, or to toddlers aged 2 years and above.

Now run by Elaine Gay, Rent That Toy! used to be her friend’s business which Elaine took over at the end of 2006. They were also recently featured on CNN.
