I've been with Guru.com, oDesk etc. I was surprised when I discovered such freelance/online job agencies. I was even more surprised to discover Singapore also has 1, www.FreelanceZone.com.sg and to hear its founder Steven Diep speaking. Such founders tend to become arrogant. If it's lucrative, many similar job agencies will appear, leading to competition. That benefits Singapore's market. I am a Singaporean.
