Eric WittmanThis geek managed to get hold of Eric for an interview in during Intel AppUp Elements 2010 Conference in Marriott Hotel, San Francisco and we discussed about what Adobe’s strategy for developers are and how Adobe sees themselves helping developers, why they got into a partnership with Intel AppUp, their new service for developers called Melrose, about their thoughts on MeeGo and the status of Flash and AIR support for MeeGo as well as product roadmap.

A special one for the tech startups who are developing apps on Flash and thinking about the business viability of MeeGo and AppUp. Pardon the pretty raw editing though, this geek is so not a video editor and I tried to shorten the video to fast forward to the important parts. Read more

The Actionscript Conference 2008 Singapore

The Actionscript Conference (TAC) is a community conference with the focus on Flash Platform. It will be held on 19th October. 2008. Singapore in National Library, Singapore. For the attendants, they will see themselves immersed in a day of learning, knowledge exchange, and networking. TAC aims to bring topics on Actionscript 3.0, Flash development, Enterprise Flex, AIR, Integrating of Flash and other Platforms, and building Rich Internet Application to its audience. TAC is organised by the Singapore Flex Usergroup. We aim to create a conference for the developers, by the developers.
