Next Friday, Business Angel Network SouthEast Asia (BANSEA) will organize an educational workshop entitled “Angel Investing Legal Standards 101″. It will be split into two parts: structure of deals and valuation. Wong Meng Weng and John Young will be the trainers for this workshop.
